ISO 9000

ComNav has been ISO certified since 2004 and is committed to upholding the quality standards described by the ISO framework. Our certificate can be viewed here.

RoHS Statement

In response to directives newly instituted around the world, ComNav’s products are compliant with European RoHS 3 laws (Restriction of Hazardous Substances). Effective July 1, 2006, use of the following substances is restricted to levels of less than 100- 1,000 parts per million in products placed into the market:

  • Lead
  • Hexavalent Chromium
  • Mercury
  • Cadmium
  • Polybrominated Biphenyls (PBB)
  • Polybrominated
    Diphenyl Ethers (PBDE)
  • Bis(2-Ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP)
  • Benzyl butyl phthalate (BBP)
  • Dibutyl phthalate (DBP)
  • Diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP)

Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform Act

To the best of our knowledge, ComNav Engineering is compliant with the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform Act. Components used in the manufacturing of the parts accompanied by this certificate are certified by the component vendor to be non-counterfeit and of conflict-free minerals. Vendor non-counterfeit and conflict-free mineral certifications and inspection data are on file and available upon request.

REACH Statement

ComNav Engineering is committed to and meets all applicable REACH requirements of the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) directives concerning certain hazardous chemicals identified as Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC). ComNav Engineering is in compliance with the directives for the current list of chemicals listed by ECHA as SVHC.

As industry IT standards become more demanding and complex, ComNav is keeping pace by heavily investing in data management services, security, and upgrades to maintain reliable and protected server structures.
