ComNav Engineering’s line of ceramic filters is custom designed to customer specifications for moderate to high volume applications. These devices provide flexibility and high performance not found in “off the shelf ” components. Our proprietary coating technique allows us to consistently achieve higher values of unloaded Q and adhesion. By using either “All-pole”, “Pole/Zero”, or “Cross-Coupled” design techniques, we can achieve specs with the minimum number of resonators even further improving both loss and time domain characteristics.
Each filter will provide close to identical performance due to ComNav’s stringent in-process controls, which virtually eliminate batch-to-batch and lot-to-lot variations.
