Job Title: Business Manager
Bethany has been with ComNav since the winter of 1999. Beginning as an assembler in the production department, her computer and innate business acumen were quickly recognized and she was promoted to an office assistant. Her prior experience as business manager for a local non-profit theater, where she also performed in numerous productions (that explains her tendency for lavish Halloween attire, and dramatic oratory) as well as several years of customer service experience at local hotels and hospitals has proven a valuable asset to ComNav. Over the years Beth has worked on her college degree in Business Administration and has been promoted to her current position as business manager and chief “Bean Counter”. Taking care of payables and receivables is a juggling act that Beth performs with the skill of a Hungarian acrobatics troupe. She also takes care of human resources, processes payroll and assists the shipping department with all essential certifications and customs documentation. Keeping the coffee station and the Grand Pooh Bah's bar well stocked is her highest priority, lest she wishes to earn the shameful rubber chicken . Bethany enjoys reading, traveling, and runs a part time business on the local craft fair circuit called “Bethany’s Joy”, making potions, notions and balms. (A BALM…..TAKE IT AWAY!). Bethany is always available to help new customers establish terms, and ensure proper delivery. Plus if you need some “smell good”, she will be more than willing help you out.
