Marty is the “Grand Poo Bah” and a co-founder of ComNav. Lee Perry was the other co-founder and a not-so-silent partner. (THANK YOU LEE!!!) Marty has 20 plus years of experience in microwave and RF, primarily designing and building filters. Marty is the cornerstone of ComNav, providing technical, commercial, cultural and “how to have fun while making money” leadership. His heroes are Richard Branson who wrote “Virgin King” and leads Virgin International and Herb Kelleher, CEO at Southwest Airlines. There probably isn’t a Clancy or Grisham book that Marty hasn’t read. When not discussing aperture coupled diplexers he’s probably talking about sailboats, sailing vacations or sailing around the world. On the weekends you'll find him either sailing or or nerding over his notebook writing the next great piece of code for our in house design software. If you’re lucky, you may catch him in his office wearing bunny slippers and playing his guitar. And if you should visit, you might want to bring a couple of Coors Lites.
